| (1) Everyone has the right to life. | (1) Ĉiu homo havas rajton pri la vivo. |
| (2) No one shall be condemned to the death penalty, or executed. | (2) Neniu povas esti kondamnita al morto aŭ ekzekutita. |
| Article II-63. Right to the integrity of the person | II-63-a artikolo: Rajto pri la persona nedifektebleco |
| (1) Everyone has the right to respect for his or her physical and mental integrity. | (1) Ĉiu havas rajton pri la korpa kaj spirita nedifektebleco. |
